Spring SKIlls & SCrimmage sessions (MID-April 2024)

Our spring skills and scrimmage program is an excellent opportunity for basketball players of all skill levels to enhance their game in a fun and supportive environment!
The structuce of the program consists of 2 parts designed to work on particlar skills and game play:
The first half of each session employs circuit/station training focused on essential skills such as shooting, passing, dribbling, footwork, agility, and jumping/explosiveness. This format also enhances an athlete's cardio health via aerobic exercise.
The second half of each session features scrimmage games, providing a practical application of the skills learned during the first portion. By participating in 4v4 or 5v5 scrimmages, players can test their abilities in game like scenarios that are fun and provide opportunties to learn w/out the pressure associated with competitive games.
The program strikes a great balance between skill development and gameplay, ensuring athletes have a well rounded basketball experience that fosters growth and enjoyment!
Spaces are limited as each program will have a maximum of 16 participants.
Location: Stary Academy (1587 Cormack Cres., Mississauga - across from Dixie Outlet Mall)
Every participant receives an Academy t-shirt at the conclusion of the program!
